உலகின் இயற்கை நிலை இரு வேறுபட்டதாகும். ஒருவர் செல்வமுடையவராகவும், ஒருவர் அறிவுடையவராகவும் இருப்பதே அந்த வேறுபாடாகும்.

உலகத்தின் இயற்க்கை ஊழின் காரணமாக இரு வேறு வகைப்படும், செல்வம் உடையவராதலும் வேறு அறிவு உடையவராதலும் வேறு.
